Your qualifications:
- Good experience with sushi and Japanese cooking.
- An ambitious person with a strong passion for Japanese cuisine.
- A sense for quality – you understand that good food and thorough hygiene go hand in hand.

- Passionate about guest service and putting the customer first.
- Good teamwork skills and a positive demeanor.

- Takes initiative and handles stress and fast-paced environments well.
- Knowledge of and experience with food safety processes.

Typical responsibilities:
- Preparation of sushi and certain Asian dishes.
- Register work and serving.
- Cleaning, tidying up, and dishwashing.
